As an integral part of the hiring process, you will be responsible for the end-to-end candidate experience and operational functions with a commitment to continuous improvements that enable our organization to deliver world-class experiences for external and internal customers and business partners. You will play a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team, supporting interviews, scheduling travel coordination, and onboarding logistics, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

You Will:

  • Support all aspects of the recruiting process, working directly with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers, owning the coordination & logistics of complicated, multi-step interviews.
  • Manage the onsite and virtual candidate experience, including (but not limited to) interview scheduling, room blocking, travel arrangements, candidate communications, and any other required support activities for the recruitment and selection process, ensuring all parties are well prepared and feel supported at each stage.
  • Provide post-offer support to all candidates, including pre-employment screenings, initiating relocation services, and operating as the candidate’s primary point of contact through day 1.
  • Collaborate with designated HR Operations partner, IT, Facilities, Security, Talent Management, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Specific to geographical alignment, and in partnership with applicable team members, ensure compliance with local and regional government regulations and data integrity through accountability, training, and technology.
  • Facilitate internal transfers and celebrate employee growth in partnership with TA, HR, Compensation, Mobility, and Immigration.
  • Participate in operational tasks and process improvement projects to continue evolving the candidate experience in alignment with Lucid’s brand, building process efficiencies, and aiding in hiring the best talent in the world.
  • Serve as a point of contact to candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and internal business stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as required to support the Talent Acquisition team

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience or scheduling coordination (across time zones and locations)
  • Passion for cultivating exceptional candidate experience
  • Comfortable handling confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency; comfortable interacting and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to effectively prioritize projects and pivot where needed with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency with various HR technologies (ATS, Background, CRM, HRIS, Onboarding, etc.)
  • Proven organization skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
  • Detail- and quality-oriented
  • Positive, professional attitude and presence
  • Knowledge of compliance legislation, such as EEOC and GDPR
