About the Role:
Iberdrola Deutschland is seeking a dedicated and curious working student to support our GIS and Environment Team (GISE) in Berlin. This role is ideal for students passionate about environmental science and biodiversity, offering hands-on experience in environmental data analysis and project development within the renewable energy sector.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assessment of environmental risks and costs for renewable energy projects

  • Support the collection and analysis of environmental data

  • Contribute to species assessments and compensation planning

  • Conduct literature research and synthesize findings relevant to project development

  • Communicate with municipalities to obtain environmental and planning data


Your Profile:

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Biology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field

  • GIS experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Profficient German Language

  • Interest in environmental planning and renewable energy

  • Based in Berlin or surrounding area
