About the Role:
Iberdrola Deutschland is seeking a dedicated and curious working student to support our GIS and Environment Team (GISE) in Berlin. This role is ideal for students passionate about environmental science and biodiversity, offering hands-on experience in environmental data analysis and project development within the renewable energy sector.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist in the assessment of environmental risks and costs for renewable energy projects
Support the collection and analysis of environmental data
Contribute to species assessments and compensation planning
Conduct literature research and synthesize findings relevant to project development
Communicate with municipalities to obtain environmental and planning data
Your Profile:
Enrolled in a degree program in Biology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
GIS experience is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Profficient German Language
Interest in environmental planning and renewable energy
Based in Berlin or surrounding area
