YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing scheduling and administrative workflows for the leadership team
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and handling external communication
- Organizing travel and logistics for leadership members
- Providing high-level administrative support, including handling expense reports and project coordination
SIGNS OF BEING A GREAT MATCH FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- You have some experience in an Executive Assistant, team assistant, or similar role
- You are a fast learner, thrive on ownership, and aren’t afraid to figure things out
- Have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Have strong common sense and make practical, grounded decisions
- Enjoy helping others and naturally take initiative to make things run smoother
- Have worked in a startup or other fast-paced environment
- Are fluent in English; Finnish is a plus, but not required if you know how to use AI and digital tools well
