What you’ll do:
Document Management: Organise, store, and retrieve documents electronically or in hard copy.
Version Control: Ensures all documents are up-to-date and the latest version is being used.
Distribution: Distributes documents to the appropriate stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Compliance: Ensures documents comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
Record Keeping: Maintains accurate and complete records of all documents.
Archiving and Disposal: Manages the archiving and disposal of documents according to retention policies and legal requirements.
Communication: Communicates with project teams and stakeholders about document updates and availability.
Training and Support: Provides support and training to project team members on using document management systems.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Proficiency in using document management software and other relevant software
Ability to organise and manage large volumes of documents.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, project teams and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining and updating records.
Familiarity with Construction Industry: Understanding of construction project workflows and document types
