About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT concepts and systems administration, and will demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise applications and PC imaging tools.

  • Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

  • Participate in system administration tasks across Windows OS environments.

  • Draft and maintain clear, concise technical documentation including procedures, investigations, and training materials.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues using a structured problem-solving approach.

  • Assist with internal audits, systems testing, and compliance initiatives as needed.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
