Responsibilities:

• Stock the Final Inspection Cells with packaging required. 

• Collect Finished Goods from the production floor. Label and store Finished Goods in the packing area while they await shipment.  

• Run shipping report to see upcoming shipments. Plan accordingly for shipments for the week, make up postal tubes in advance. Directly communicate with Group Leads if any changes to shipments. 

• Check that Packing Logs are with the products for shipment. Check that final quantity on SAP and packing log are matching with the physical inventory in the packing area.  

• Pack products that are ready for shipment. Co-ordinate with Quality and the Shipping team to ensure the correct documentation is with the shipment and packed. 

• Ensure that all packages/pallets are labelled and that the correct labels with customer address and quantities are attached. 

• Once product is in the packing area, deliver packed product to the shipping area on time for courier to collect. 

• Demonstrate Commitment with respect to Environmental, Health and Safety, and continuous improvements in the Stores area ensuring all team members adhere to the standards in-place. 

• Promote a culture of Customer focused excellence in relation to Quality. 

• Be flexible and take on other duties which the Company may assign you from time to time. These ‘other duties’ will be agreed with Management prior to any assignment.  

Qualifications:

• Experience in the moulding area essential.

• Working knowledge of all operating areas of respective area/cell.

• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Ability to build and maintain positive and productive working relationships.

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail.

• Good Time Management and ability to follow production schedules.
