Responsibilities:
Be fully responsible for the management of the process engineering department, reasonably organize and allocate human, material and equipment, and complete the production needs of the company on time with quality and quantity.Improve team talent training and echelon construction.
Responsible for the company's fixed asset investment budget, planning, review, development and acceptance, and the initial flow management of equipment. Improve the management system related to technical equipment, and promote lean production and technological innovation.
Be responsible for the technical evaluation of suppliers of production equipment and fixtures, and the development, manufacture and acceptance of fixtures.
Organize the formulation of equipment renewal and transformation project plan, major maintenance plan and spare parts purchase plan, and organize the implementation.
Lead the process planning of new projects in the factory, connect with the R & D department for the mass production process handover of new products, and implement the management after the review, reception and handover of imported technical data.
Qualifications:
College degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical automation.fluent in English skill.
More than 5 years working experience in process engineer and automation management. Be proficient in the theoretical knowledge of lean production, and have the project experience of lead lean production in large and medium-sized enterprises.
Familiar with new product introduction, rich experience in on-site process improvement and technical analysis.
Strong ability to work under pressure, team leadership and cultivation,Have excellent organization ability, communication ability, planning ability.
Excellent project management skills, logical and organized, Proficient in the Department operation and process of production and manufacturing, good at production control and on-site management, proficient in all links of production and manufacturing.
