This position requires an expert to contribute throughout various phases of the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving both strategic programs and tactical projects that enable our organization to build and scale world-class platforms serving our business units, partners, and customers. Collaborating closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders across Lucid, you will lead some of the most complex and impactful initiatives, ensuring alignment and driving success at every stage of the process.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, leading IT-focused, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Extensive expertise in SAP ERP, including Finance & Accounting functionalities, customization, and best practices for integration.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing SAP projects.

  • Deep understanding of the SDLC.

  • Solid knowledge of Finance/Accounting and integration with other business functions like sales, service, and supply chain processes, with the ability to apply insights to improve operational efficiency.

  • Automotive industry experience a plus.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Skilled at managing stakeholder and customer expectations for both technical and operational support.

  • Experience in managing and coordinating complex technical programs across multiple geographies.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

  • Expertise in identifying process gaps, defining and modifying processes to address operational challenges and improve business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Experience in setting up reporting and governance structures for SLAs and KPIs to drive performance.

  • Strong capability to identify risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.

  • Adept at managing project escalations and navigating complex challenges in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Proficient in business applications such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite to track progress and collaborate effectively.

This is an onsite role at Newark, CA Headquarters.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

 

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$153,100—$224,510 USD
