As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch customers and a key player in growing our client base. You will focus on advising and selling our premium e-bikes to delivery-focused businesses.
Your responsibilities include:
- Actively reaching out to potential customers based on inbound inquiries
- Maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships
- Creating and following up on quotations
- Advising clients on our product and service offerings
- Collaborating with our sales and service teams to ensure outstanding customer experience
- MBO-4 level education or equivalent working experience
- Affinity with sales and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and strong perseverance
- Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English is a plus
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is a plus
- Eagerness to develop and grow professionally within the sales field
- A dynamic sales role in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company
