We are hiring immediately for an Account Manager in our Utilities Sector - a critical role in ensuring we partner in Energy Transition.

What you’ll do:
This role offers flexibility of location, with the candidate based in Kansas (KS), Oklahoma (OK), or Missouri (MO)
Represent the company in all activities related to account and customer support
Prospect and develop focus accounts in the North American Utilities Market, with key account management and new business development
Be a skilled business developer with experience and contacts in the utilities industry
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, and Logistics to support customer needs
Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan
Partner with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure efficient mobilizations and service delivery.
Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, assessing customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
5 to 10 years of direct sales experience in Utilities, Renewable Energy, or technical sales, with knowledge of the nuclear industry
Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic planning and execution abilities for managing and expanding territories
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and virtually
General technical understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, and oil-free air compressors
Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce for effective customer relationship management and sales tracking
Willingness to travel as needed, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; project commissioning/management experience is a plus
