Job Description

Mission: Manage the Division’s commercial and business activities, following the strategy set forth by the Business Development Director, including relations with the customers who are the recipients of these services. Manage and conduct the kick-off and follow-up of new projects up to the moment of their delivery to the customer or to the Department of Operation and Maintenance and Engineering and Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Handling administrative procedures related to zoning, obtaining environmental decisions, and all other permits related to wind, BESS and cable pooling investments from greenfield to ready to build status.

• Direct contact with public authorities, subcontractors, and landowners, including active participation in meetings and negotiations with all stakeholders.

• Identify and propose the business opportunities, detect the needs of its potential customers and translate them into viable projects, in line with the business needs and those of its customers, in collaboration with the Business Development Director.
• Analyse the technical, legal, financial and environmental viability of the projects.
• Prepare technical and economic proposals related to the projects.
• Supervise the preparation of offers and take part in negotiations.
• Negotiate with the project customers and their corresponding economic proposals so these can be closed, ensuring their viability at all times, in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
• Liaises with the customer during the project execution phases and until the completion of the project, monitoring and resolving any pending matters, with the aim of ensuring that good relations are maintained with customers and that the company image is upheld.
• Negotiate extensions/modifications to the project approach, schedule or scope. Negotiate additional requirements or changes requested by the customer with regards to projects in progress, in collaboration with the Business Development Director.
• Identify opportunities and provide differential solutions for each customer's needs.
• Present and prepare documents effectively in difficult situations


Required Skills and Competencies

Degrees-Certificates/Training: Higher Education/(Engineering and Business Administration)Further training: Understanding of the electricity market, energy generation projects, REs and distributed generation.Profile: Solid communication skills, commercial profile and solid negotiation skills. International experience and contacts is a plus. Language/Level: English/HighYears/Areas of experience: At least 8 years of experience in the duties included in the job description.
