Job Description

Due to continued growth and the award of significant projects, we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Western Australian team.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager and indirectly to the Talent Resourcing Manager AU/NZ, you will form part of a broader talent acquisition function, working across AU and NZ.   This role will see you working collaboratively to assist the state head office functions and delivering high-calibre talent to our projects within WA. While this position is Perth-based, you may support the broader talent acquisition team within other states as needed.

Working closely with the HR leadership teams, you will manage the entire talent acquisition life cycle, from working with management teams and HR on resource planning and internal staff mobility across projects to providing full-function external recruitment. To help you in the role, you will have access to a full suite of tools and systems and support from the broader TA team to deliver the best outcomes to the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide recruitment solution to nominated projects and teams nominated by management.
  • Developing and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders
  • Sourcing talent across platforms, including LinkedIn, Seek and internal redeployment opportunities for current staff.
  • Acting as the champion for recruitment processes and procedures for our management teams
  • Updating and maintaining relevant content in Workday and other HR systems
  • Provide the management teams with relevant upskilling in selection tools available in the ACCIONA ecosystem.
  • Increase diversity hiring across positions under your remit, helping to achieve company diversity goals.
  • Work with HR and Management teams to build 3–6-month recruitment forecasts.
