Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Sales of industrial refrigeration projects and heat pump technology in the area of Hungary</li><li>Coordinate and drive country sales activities, build sustainable business relationship with customers and corporate within the sales and service team activities and prioritize initiatives</li><li>Establish local contacts with Hungarian customers, manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Achieve Order Intake &amp; Sales &amp; Gross Margin (Budget fulfilment)</li><li>Achieve Sales Growth and expand market reach and coverage</li><li>Execute Sales of projects and products</li><li>Establish and maintain effective relationships with customer, local institutions, decision makers and other stakeholders.</li><li>Execute determined go to market strategy</li><li>Ensure coordination between product development and sales and project execution and service</li><li>Execute the whole sales process, from defining the scope to technical detailing and solutions as well as product pricing.</li><li>Negotiation of commercial and legal conditions</li><li>Ensure compliance and approval processes following the GEA policies and guideline as well as procurement and supply chain, QHSE and Business Excellence</li><li>Ensure accuracy and timely update of the CRM System (Leads, Opportunities, Visits, Calls, Accounts and Contacts update etc.)</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University education in a technical field</li><li>Fluent in English and Hungarian</li><li>Negotiations &amp; Contracting experience</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in selling industrial technologies</li><li>Experience in the field of industrial cooling and heat pumps is a big advantage</li></ul>We offer an exciting position in a motivated team. A company car for private use is included with the role.This position is advertised with a gross monthly salary of at least € 3500.
