About the Job
- Als Teil des Venture Development Teams von Enpal Heat bist du eine zentrale Figur im operativen Geschäft und trägst maßgeblich zum Hypergrowth unseres neuen Wärmepumpen-Ventures bei.
- Du leitest ab Tag 1 selbstständig Projekte und verantwortest dabei die Konzeptionierung, Planung und Implementierung deiner abteilungsübergreifenden Programme und Maßnahmen.
- Du arbeitest cross-funktional mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Abteilungen (z. B. Asset Management und Accounting) und Leadership Ebenen, um Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und so weiteres Unternehmenswachstum zu ermöglichen.
- Du hebst bestehende Prozesse in unserem Cash und Loan Team auf ein neues Niveau und stellst sicher dass diese für zukünftiges Wachstum ausgelegt sind.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Steuerung des Teams und perspektivisch auch die disziplinarische Führung
- Du bist maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich dass wir unsere Monatsziele in den Bereichen Cash und Loan erreichen
