🏆 What You’ll Achieve

• Have full ownership of projects, directly iterate with internal and external users

• Lead the effort to scale up existing systems to the next level

• Collaborate closely with the founders and product team to directly impact roadmap

📈 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development or AI engineering in a production environment

• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI

• Ability to prototype, experiment, evaluate, and iterate quickly to improve AI agents

💰 Compensation and Benefits

• 150K - 190K annual compensation
