Are you a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager ready to lead exciting water projects across Australia and New Zealand? You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of diverse, water-focused projects by implementing innovative digital solutions that support water and wastewater utilities on their digital transformation journey. Your work will help these utilities make informed, data-driven decisions about their daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams across design, engineering, sales, legal, EHS&S, and more.
- Managing all aspects of project execution—budget, schedule, quality, safety, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
- Supporting customers with expert advice on Xylem’s innovative products and services.
- Driving process improvement and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across all projects.
You’re a motivated leader with a passion for excellence and innovation in project delivery. Your experience and mindset include:
- A degree in Engineering
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong grasp of project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of OH&S standards and compliance
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies
- Willingness to travel to local and remote sites as required
