Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback to refine and enhance our learning offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our employees and organization.
Tailored Learning Activities: Develop, implement, and facilitate learning activities that are specifically designed to address the unique needs of our business, driving both individual and organizational growth.
Engaging Learning Materials: Prepare comprehensive learning materials, including module summaries, hand-outs, videos, and curriculums, to support effective and engaging learning experiences.
Learning Program Management: Maintain and update learning programs within our Learning Management Systems, ensuring they are current and accessible to all employees.
HR Representation: Serve as a key representative of the Human Resources department, collaborating with other functions and divisions to promote and support learning initiatives.
Problem Solving: Provide solutions for employees experiencing issues with the Learning Management System or accessing learning activities, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
Subject Matter Expertise: Strive to become a subject matter expert in fields critical to our business success, contributing valuable insights and knowledge to our learning programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
