Responsibilities:

• Main project such as AGV (automated guided vehicle), potential analysis or in the area of material flow optimization

• Maintenance of warehouse master data (areas/storage locations and types)

• Creation of supplier and customer packing instructions and determination records for empties handling empties handling (checking scheduling agreements and creating PVs)

• Support with material supply planning for assembly systems 

• Support with monthly evaluations and derivation of measures

• Collaboration in logistical optimization projects / workshops

• Support in the creation and training of process descriptions 

• Overview and control of container management in cooperation with the warehouse service provider

Qualifications:

• Enrolled for at least 1 year, e.g. business studies, industrial engineering or similar.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry and logistics processes

• Good skills in MS Office; skills in SAP R/ 3 preferable

• Fluent German and English language skills; further languages are an advantage

• Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and an affinity to plan and organize are appreciated

• High assertiveness, contact/communication skills as well as customer-oriented behavior and the willingness to develop
