<div>About The Company GROPYUS creates sustainable, affordable, and aspirational buildings for everyone through modular construction and setting a new standard in smart living.</div><div><h2>About the Role:</h2>We are looking for a technical and proactive CAD user as a Technical Application Manager (f/m/d) to become part of the Corporate IT team to: <ul><li>Evaluate, implement, integrate, optimize and manage third-party CAD applications for the GROPYUS group </li></ul><ul><li>Design and manage the software portfolio to maximize value creation within our value chain </li></ul><ul><li>Own the applications from a technical perspective, provide the best user experience and optimize the useability </li></ul><ul><li>Create, review and control application specific concepts and policies </li></ul><ul><li>Design and implement processes and procedures to manage and operate third-party applications </li></ul><ul><li>Ideally develop interfaces with low- or no-code</li></ul><h2>About you:</h2></div><div><ul><li>You currently support CAD 3rd party applications for an organization or work deeply with them </li></ul><ul><li>You have a technical understanding of IT architecture and interfaces needed for new applications </li></ul><ul><li>You capture functional and technical requirements from different departments to select and implement solutions </li></ul><ul><li>You show project management capabilities to create project plans and manage external service providers of third-party applications to implement solutions to timelines and our IT standards </li></ul><ul><li>You take ownership and proactively seek to improve systems and processes for the benefit of all </li></ul><ul><li>You are detail oriented and capable of creating SLAs with 3rd party service providers and internal guidelines for using applications </li></ul><ul><li>You can communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors in English, proficiency in German would be advantageous </li></ul><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
