About Us:
Team Sunshine Construction is a leader in solar and renewable energy solutions, committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy systems for homes and businesses. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a versatile and skilled HVAC Apprentice to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice who is eager to learn and grow in the HVAC trade. The ideal candidate will assist experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including mini-splits, air handlers, and heat pumps.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a career in the HVAC industry, especially within renewable energy-integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including mini-splits, air handlers, and heat pumps.

  • Support technicians in performing diagnostics and basic troubleshooting under supervision.

  • Help with loading, unloading, and staging tools and equipment at job sites.

  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.

  • Follow instructions to ensure proper system setup and operation.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Provide courteous and professional support to customers and team members.

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Enrollment in or completion of an HVAC training program (preferred).

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems or mechanical aptitude.

  • Willingness to learn and take direction.

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols.

$20+ hourly wage + 1.5x for overtime!
