Shift/Hours/Location: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, hybrid, Moses Lake WA
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Reviews and processes customer transactional/tactical inquiries.
- Serves as a point of contact for customers purchase order coordination.
- Coordinates internally with Quality, Manufacturing, Shipping and Accounting to ensure orders are filled according to customer requirements and specifications.
- Works with commercial sales team members to process customer price quotations and maintain pricing in D365.
- Distributes customers shipping documents related to the processed purchase order.
- Completes any billings related to consignment pull of inventory, fees, shipments, or Performa Invoices sent to customer.
- Enters received forecasts into D365 and loads into MLIs Share Point System.
- Completes required transactions in customer ERP systems.
- Coordinates customer returns.
- Maintains consignment inventory levels at external warehouses and distributor locations.
- Reconciles consignment inventory monthly.
- Maintains accurate and complete customer records in company shared drives and D365.
- Upholds all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”
- Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required. It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the company’s actual practices and procedures as directed.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high performing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in inventory management systems and process quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge with inventory management systems and process quality standards.
- Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously to meet established deadlines.
- Work as a team and/or independently.
- Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree (AA/AS).
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of related logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of D365, Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP or Oracle.
- Experience in logistics and manufacturing.
- Experience with international shipping.

Summary pay range: $25.96-$32.36/hour

WORKING CONDITIONS
Duties are generally performed indoors in an office and high purity manufacturing environment when working onsite. The noise level in the manufacturing work environment is occasionally loud. When working in the presence of safety hazards, the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment such as: hardhat, protective clothing, safety glasses, etc.
