About the Job
- Materialcontrolling: Du begleitest den Weg vom Purchase Order bis zur Verbuchung auf der Kostenstelle und sorgst für Transparenz im Materialkostenbereich.
- Cash & Liquidity Management: Du erstellst Übersichten über Zahlungsflüsse und Liquidität und entwickelst Forecasts, um finanzielle Stabilität zu gewährleisten.
- People & Admin Cost Forecasting: Du verantwortest die Planung und Steuerung von Personalkosten – inklusive Hiring Forecasts und administrativen Aufwänden.
- Financial Reporting: Du erstellst regelmäßige Reports zu Kosten, Umsätzen und Abweichungen – inkl. Material-, Logistik- und Overhead-Kosten.
- Data Quality & Ad-hoc Analysen: Du stellst die Datenqualität sicher und führst eigenständig Analysen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung durch.
- Business Partnering: Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen, um das Unternehmen finanziell zu steuern und weiterzuentwickeln.
