- Build tailored demos and business cases, advise on product concepts and best practices in order to win new partners and pilot projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to the partners’ teams
- Collaborate closely with our Partnership team during pre-sales and post-sales engagements to offer partners a consistent experience when working with Climatiq
- Develop a deep understanding of partners’ use cases, workflows, and goals to provide tailored recommendations and maximize value for the customer
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to continuously drive value generation and identify deeper adoption opportunities
- Act as the voice of the partner, collaborating with the Product team to enhance the product experience and prioritize improvements based on feedback
- Create and refine onboarding materials and processes to streamline operations and gain more efficiency
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical role, ideally also as a Solution Engineer or similar in a B2B SaaS context or as a Sustainability Consultant
- Tech-savvy with a natural ability to understand and navigate technical concepts, tools, and systems, ideally with a solid understanding of APIs, data integrations, and cloud technologies and experience working with JSON, REST APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Good understanding of the GHG Protocol and carbon accounting practices is a bonus
- Product Management exposure or affinity to building software products, especially in the context of data products, supply chain management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or related fields is also an added advantage
- An expert in conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively, using strong interpersonal skills to build trust, influence stakeholders, and guide partners with confidence
- Proactive attitude, self-driven, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments
Additional Information
- Location: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET timezone
- Starting date: As soon as possible
- Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours
- Compensation: Salary in relation to qualifications including employee stock options, learning and development stipend, regular team offsites, and more
