Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager to drive efficiency, enhance operational processes, and optimize performance across our supply chain network. This role will focus on identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and leading initiatives that enhance cost-effectiveness and service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management, logistics, procurement, and distribution.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement strategies to drive improvement.
• Train and mentor teams on best practices for operational excellence and process optimization.
• Drive automation and technology-driven solutions to streamline supply chain workflows.
• Monitor industry trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance supply chain resilience and agility.
• Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or supply chain operations.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or related improvement frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and data visualization tools.

Pay is in the range of $98,570 - $124,663 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
