GEA Group's Bakery Business Unit (BU) is a segment within GEA Group, a global engineering company known for its advanced process technology and services across various industries. The Bakery BU focuses on providing equipment and solutions specifically tailored for the bakery sector, helping clients improve efficiency, product quality, and operational flexibility.
The GEA Comas plant, part of the GEA Bakery BU, specializes in the production of equipment for the bakery industry (means single machines or full productions lines). GEA Comas is well known since more than 40 years for its expertise in designing and manufacturing machinery for the production of a wide range of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, pastries, pizzas and other confectionery items. Their product portfolio includes depositing and injection machines, enrobing lines, decorating equipment, and complete production lines, all designed to meet the high standards and specific requirements of bakery producers worldwide.
The Project Management is fully integrated in the company as a transversal independent department depending directly from the CEO of the Bakery BU, thus grant to the team a flexible operativity interfacing directly with each department focusing on the best service to be given to our clients.


Responsibilities / Tasks

Tasks

  • ​Integrate support for the implementation of new ERP (SAP)

  • Active role on documents preparation for data migration from existing ERP to the new one

  • Introduction on the Project Management daily activities assisting Senior PM’s.
    For example:
    - Participation to Teams Meeting with clients,
    - Participation to the Projects Kickoff Meeting
    - Plan of new projects
    - First basis knowledge on Project cost controlling
    - Involvement on the follow-up activities necessary for the project closure  



Your Profile / Qualifications

  • ​University Degree in engineering or proven equivalent experience

  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite

  • Good English level, both written and spoken

  • Knowledge or curiosity in the project management methodology

  • Proactive and problem solving attitude

  • Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP will be a plus on the selection
