Ensuring the delivery of documents and maintain the stability of mass production.
Ensuring that the process technology problems that occur in production are dealt with in a timely manner.
Ensuring that the process preparation is completed within the time limit specified in the plan.

1. Based on the verification experience, prepare work instructions and be responsible for training employees.
2. Participate in the process improvement of conventional products.
3. Support the development of new product production processes
4. Participate in the research and verification of new processes and technologies.
5. Participate in the design, production, debugging, product improvement and improvement of tooling fixtures, including the improvement of yield, cost and efficiency.
6. Mass production maintenance, product improvement and improvement, including yield, cost and efficiency improvement.

1. ​​​学历与经验 (Education & Experience):​

• 机械工程、工业工程、制造工程或相关理工专业大专学历；或具有同等相关领域工作经验（学历不足经验可补）。​
• 至少3年制造业工艺相关工作经验（例如：工艺开发、工艺优化、生产流程管控、质量控制等）。

​​Education & Experience:​​

• Associate degree (College Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field; ​​OR​​ equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing processes (e.g., process development, process optimization, production flow control, quality control, etc.).

• ​​Excellent Interpersonal Skills:​​ Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
