Ensure the delivery of documents and maintain the stability of mass production.
Ensure that the process technology problems that occur in production are dealt with in a timely manner.
Ensure that the process preparation is completed within the time limit specified in the plan.

1. Based on the verification experience, preparing work instructions and be responsible for training employees.
2. Participating in the process improvement of conventional products.
3. Supporting the development of new product production processes
4. Participating in the research and verification of new processes and technologies.
5. Participating in the design, production, debugging, product improvement and improvement of tooling fixtures, including the improvement of yield, cost and efficiency.
6. Mass production maintenance, product improvement and improvement, including yield, cost and efficiency improvement.

工作职责：

根据验证经验，编写作业指导书并负责员工培训；

任职要求：

学历与经验 (Education & Experience):​

• 机械工程、工业工程、制造工程或相关理工专业大专学历；或具有同等相关领域工作经验（学历不足经验可补）。​
• 2025应届生可考虑。

REQUIREMENTS

​​Education & Experience:​​

• Associate degree (College Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field; ​​OR​​ equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of formal education.
• Fresh graduates are preferred.
