The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and functional support in areas of the Human Resources Department. This is a high-visibility position that will interact with various employee levels within the organization. This role will primarily support pre-employment and onboarding programs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform various administrative and/or clerical tasks to support the Human Resources Department. Primary responsibility will be employment offer letters, background checks, and various items related to new hire onboarding.
Assist in day one onboarding of new hires to include new hire orientation, new hire paperwork, I-9 verification.
Prepare and track new hire, vendor, transfer reports, reporting on referrals. Communicate data as appropriate.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

2-4 years’ experience working in a professional office atmosphere; some HR experience a plus
Strong ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of organization
Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve issues
High level of confidentiality to handle sensitive/confidential situations and documentation
Strong work ethic with ability to be resourceful in meeting new challenges
High degree of organizational skill and detail orientation
Effectively communicate (oral & written) with at all levels of organization
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

Compensation: $24-$29/HR
