Young Graduate - Business Operations Project Management (Alternance)

As we speak, we are launching our brand new Polestar Market in France. With this big challenge ahead, we are looking for a Young Graduate in an 'Alternance' program to support our team in different projects. 

 

Let us describe the challenge we offer

Would you like to play an active role in the launch of a new car brand in France? Do you like project management and enjoy shaping new things? Are you looking for a nice workplace to combine your studies?

As part of the launch of Polestar, we are looking for someone who can make an active contribution to the many projects to be rolled out in order to market the brand's products and provide the best possible support for our customers.

Reporting to our local Head of Operations, you'll be able to make an active contribution to setting up supply flows and distribution management tools.

But you could also be a real project manager on stand-alone projects such as the roll-out of home recharging solutions for customers or the introduction of Energy Saving Credits in partnership with an energy company. You will also be involved in monitoring construction projects for future Polestar Spaces.

In short, a very varied position in which you will be able to independently take responsibility in managing various projects and tasks.

Who you are

• You are currently involved in a Master's degree training, business school or engineering school
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to manage projects.
• You like the idea of working in a small, close-knit team where you need to be agile and adaptable.
• You like the retail sector in general and have an understanding of omni-channel retailing, combining digital and physical representation.
• You must be fluent in English to communicate with our colleagues at head office in Sweden.

We can offer you a 2-year 'contrat d'alternance' within our Young Graduate program.
