Your challenge

As our Junior Operations Manager, you’ll drive the heart of our transaction operations—ensuring smooth deals, identifying process improvements, and helping us scale toward €100M in annual volume. Ready to shape the future of global machinery trade? Let’s go!

• Supervise the entire machinery transaction process from inspection to delivery
• Identify inefficiencies and boost scalability through automation and AI agent integration
• Manage international transport logistics and negotiate with third-party carriers
• Oversee customs clearance for imports/exports outside the EU
• Facilitate and supervise international contract closings and money flows
• Track customer satisfaction and resolve claims quickly and effectively
• Coordinate seamless handovers to our accounting team
• Help build a transaction engine capable of handling 2,000+ deals and €100M annually by 2028

Your profile

We’re looking for a proactive team player who’s ready to take responsibility, improve processes, and grow with us. If you’re tech-savvy, structured, and excited about scaling a digital business—this role is for you.

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Some relevant work experience from internships or first jobs
• Native German speaker with strong English communication skills
• Passionate about improving processes and digging into root causes
• Tech-savvy and excited about automation and AI applications
• Comfortable with numbers and highly structured in your work style
