GEA Farm Technologies is a global agricultural technology company specializing in the development and manufacture of innovative solutions for dairy farms. With a wide range of products and services, GEA Farm Technologies offers state-of-the-art technologies and systems to optimize milk production, animal health and farm management.

We are looking for a Learning Development Manager (m/f/d) for our team at the Bönen site as soon as possible.


Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Develop programs for Division specific trainings

  • Support our digital learning transformation strategy

  • Account-, project- and stakeholder management

  • Creation and maintenance of the learning products

  • Support the country and regional managers on the process of implementation of learnings

  • Analyze, design and implement the best learning solutions for divisional target groups in line with the organizational goals and the GEA Academy standards and processes



Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent with professional background in training (Business, Human Resource, Education, Psychology)

  • Several years of experience in relevant function (HR, Business Education/Development)

  • Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices

  • Agricultural touchpoints are an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with international and interdisciplinary teams

  • Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility

  • Experience in project management

  • Curiosity, open-minded, ability to learn and enthusiasm

  • Very good knowledge of English language. Additional language is a benefit.
