Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Product Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading the enterprise data and analytics product strategy across multiple business domains, ensuring that solutions are aligned to organizational priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes. This role sets and manages the product roadmap, orchestrates cross-functional delivery efforts, and directly manages a team of Product Solutions Architects (PSAs).As the owner of the product lifecycle, the SPM partners with business and technical stakeholders to translate high-level goals into actionable initiatives and ensures coordinated execution across delivery, architecture, and governance teams. The role plays a pivotal part in elevating product maturity, stakeholder engagement, and operational scalability across the data and analytics ecosystem.
Key Accountabilities
- Own and evolve the enterprise data & analytics product roadmap across business domains.
- Manage and develop a team of Product Solutions Architects, ensuring product
- vision translates into scalable delivery.
- Align product priorities with business strategy, ensuring that product outcomes
- drive measurable impact.
- Act as the central point of contact between stakeholders, business leadership, and
- delivery teams for all product-related decisions.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and ROI; adjust roadmap and priorities
- based on feedback and outcomes.
- Partner with governance, security, architecture, and delivery leads to ensure
- compliant and sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required. Master’s degree in Business, Technology Management, or related discipline preferred.
- 8–10+ years of experience in product management, enterprise systems, or business technology leadership roles, with demonstrated experience managing people and cross-functional teams.
- Proven success defining and executing enterprise product strategy across diverse business areas.
- Effective communicator, capable of translating complex technical and business needs into cohesive priorities.
- Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing product managers or architects.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms, data products, and analytics environments (Azure, Databricks, etc.) preferred.
- Strong understanding of agile principles, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.
The expected starting pay range for this role is $118,000 - $160,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
