In a nutshell

As a Performance Management Technical Reporting Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technology management and optimization of reporting solutions used by the GSC Performance Management in alignment with the Technical Reporting & ESG Performance Manager. The role focuses on technical ownership, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring alignment with Eurofins' business needs and IT requirements.

Based in Brussels, Belgium; you will support multiple business lines´ within GSC Performance Management.

You will work on:

Solution design, development, and maintenance:

  • Microsoft SharePoint Online

  • Power Platform (Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate)

  • Azure DataLake

  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, VBA)

  • Python

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reporting solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in reporting processes.

  • Maintain and enhance data governance and access control policies.

  • Coordinate & support efficient reporting technology development following agile principles.

  • Ensure proper documentation of reporting solutions, workflows, and processes

Governance & compliance for dataverse solutions:

  • Act as the primary liaison between GSC Performance Management and Eurofins IT functions.

  • Ensure compliance with Eurofins IT policies, architecture, and security standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize reporting tools within the IT landscape.

  • Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) for Dataverse security roles.

  • Define and manage data retention, backup strategies, and lifecycle policies.

  • Govern multiple Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, Production) for stability and security.

  • Provide technical support and best practices guidance to business users.

Program & stakeholder management:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align reporting solutions with business objectives.

  • Manage technical incidents, service requests, and change requests related to reporting solutions.

  • Support the implementation of new technologies relevant to reporting and data management.

  • Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in IT reporting and performance management.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

  • Implement and ensure the use of proper agile development methodologies within the team

Azure DevOps & Agile Program Management

  • Manage and prioritize the Azure DevOps backlog for reporting and Dataverse developments.

  • Define and track user stories, bugs, and feature requests to support development.

  • Coordinate agile sprints and releases in collaboration with the Team Lead and business stakeholders.

  • Oversee the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Azure DevOps Pipelines

  • Track performance metrics and incident reports in Azure DevOps dashboards, ensuring quick resolution of production issues.
