We are looking for a passionate and experienced Staff Engineering Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs in the development of robotics and new technologies.Position Summary: As a Staff Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of engineering programs focused on robotics and O&amp;M technologies. You will work closely with product management, hardware and firmware engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead end-to-end program management for robotics products.</li><li>Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.</li><li>Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations.</li><li>Identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with grid interconnection standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Drive design reviews, validation testing, and product release milestones.</li><li>Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.</li><li>8+ years of experience in engineering program management, with at least 3 years focused on robotics.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering complex hardware/software products from concept to production.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.</li><li>PMP or similar certification is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Familiarity with utility-scale solar or renewable energy systems.</li><li>Experience working with global teams and suppliers. </li></ul><h2>Nextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package.
