This role involves a combination of research, data analysis, and hands-on work to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the production of chemical products. Responsibilities: Research and Development • Conduct experiments and analyze data • Develop new products or improve existing ones • Collaborate with cross functional teams Process Design and Optimization • Design and plan production processes • Optimize processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Safety and Environmental Compliance • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols • Implement and maintain safety procedures • Monitor and mitigate potential environmental impacts Quality Control and Assurance • Develop and implement quality control procedures • Conduct quality assurance testing • Ensure product consistency and quality standards are met Project Management • Plan and coordinate projects from conception to completion • Manage timelines and budgets • Communicate with stakeholders and provide project updates Technical Support • Provide technical support to colleagues and clients • Troubleshoot technical issues • Train and educate team members on new processes or products Documentation and Reporting • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Prepare reports on production processes and results • Present findings and recommendations to management or clients.
