Our mission: Enable clean, safe, and efficient energy systems through cutting-edge airborne sensing and data science. Join a growing team of engineers, scientists, and innovators committed to impact.

Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and lifecycle of software products across Bridger’s data and operational ecosystem. You'll shape strategy and execution for customer-facing data delivery platforms, internal data processing tools, and programmatic data interfaces. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, engineering, and customer value.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Define and champion the product vision and strategy across multiple software domains.

  • Maintain and communicate a product roadmap aligned with market opportunities, business priorities, and technical feasibility.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering to develop clear, agile-ready product requirements and user stories.

  • Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, marketing, and sales—to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Support go-to-market planning and execution, including internal training, documentation, and sales enablement.

  • Define and track key success metrics for products and feature releases.

  • Represent the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business goals for both internal tools and external-facing solutions.

Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or high-tech environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), API-based data delivery, and data governance best practices.

  • Strong understanding of Agile development processes.

  • Demonstrated success delivering secure, scalable software products.

  • Analytical mindset with experience making data-informed product decisions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Deliverables

  • A strategic product roadmap that guides development and investment across the software portfolio.

  • User stories, product specs, and feature requirements delivered consistently and aligned with stakeholder needs.

  • Successful product launches with clear internal alignment and customer adoption metrics.

  • Data systems and APIs that enable seamless, secure, and scalable programmatic delivery of customer insights.

  • Ongoing performance analyses with recommendations for iterative improvement.
