Manufacturing Training Coordinator (High Performance Teams) Location: Canby, OR ​What you will do: As a Manufacturing Excellence Lead, reporting directly to the Plant HR Manager, you will personally design, deliver, facilitate, and sustain manufacturing training and High Performance Team (HPT) practices within the Canby plant. Develop group competencies within the teams. Direct the HPT process, interacting with the teams, supervision, managers, star guides and other parties, and plant manager.
