Responsibilities:

Lead the work in design and development phase
Active role in the Acquisition Phase : design to cost and design to manufacture
Robust design to customer SOR
Define Internal DVP/DFMEA
Support AT for technical meeting with customer
Lead problem solving during development phase
Secure On-Time Delivery for all Design Activities
Secure Design Quality
Conducts Regular Design Reviews with Application Team

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master in technical field (e.g. mechanical engineer)

At least 3 years vehicle products design experience; NVH/Rubber knowledge is an advantage

CATIA/UG , FEA is an advantage

Chinese & Fluent English

Presentation & communication skills
