About the Job

Als QC laborant zal je werken in het analytische labo bij een farmaceutisch bedrijf dat verantwoordelijk is voor de verificatie van de kwaliteitsnormen. Je organiseert en voert verschillende chemische testen uit op materialen en afgewerkte producten. Eveneens rapporteer je over de resultaten.

  • Uitvoeren en evalueren van analytische testen zoals oa. HPLC, GC, TLC, UV/VIS, deeltjesgroottebepaling, titraties (Karl Fischer), pH-metingen, spectrofotometrie volgens de pharmacopeia, interne procedures en GMP/GDP standaarden.

  • Schrijven van analyserapporten.

  • Duidelijk, volledig en correct ingeven van de testresultaten in het LIMS-systeem.

  • Initiëren van deviatie, Out-of-Trend, Out-of-Specification rapporten.

  • Trainingen volgen via de trainingsdatabase en methodebespreking met een senior analist.

  • Review testresultaten van andere analisten.
