Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements, and supporting our business objectives.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, subcontracts, and agreements

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout

• Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and client requirements, including local Saudi Arabian regulations

• Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and obligations

• Collaborate with project teams to provide contractual guidance and resolve disputes

• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and finance departments to streamline contract processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records

• Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify areas for improvement and cost savings

• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes

• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting contract management

• Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices
