About the Job
We deliver industry-leading sorting machines, utilising a broad range of sensor technologies coupled with real-time image processing engines over embedded and PC architectures. As a Software Engineer, you will join the team in our office in Leuven, delivering the software platform for our newest family of sorters, reporting to the Software Team Lead.
Our customers, product management, and sales department are always eager for the next software release, and you will see first-hand the direct impact of your work on the business. You'll work in a fast-paced, competitive market where high-end, high-speed solutions are key to success.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to develop and enhance the backend of our software platform.
Design, develop and optimise new features, improving software performance and architecture.
Engage in the refinement of new requirements, propose solutions, and deliver fully tested software.
Take ownership of quality at every stage and continuously drive improvements.
