    This position will be focused on enhancing our internal capabilities and also the customer experience with respect to a focus on applications of our products.

    ​​Team Leadership and Development:

    Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of application and systems engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. 

  • Product Validation:

    Own product validation at the system and application level, ensuring products meet performance and quality standards. 

  • Best Practices:

    Establish and maintain best practices for application engineering, including documentation, simulation models, and other relevant materials. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, design, systems, software, test engineering, and project management teams to define, design, and develop products. 

  • Customer Support:

    Provide technical support to customers, addressing their needs and ensuring successful product integration. 

  • New Product Introduction:

    Support the introduction of new products by providing technical expertise and guidance. 

  • Technical Problem Solving:

    Address complex technical issues and provide solutions for both new and legacy products. 

  • Strategy and Vision:

    Contribute to the overall strategy and vision for the application engineering department, aligning it with the broader company goals. 

  • Influence and Communication:

    Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decisions and driving alignment. 

  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Staying Current:

    Keep abreast of technology trends and advancements in the relevant field


Your Profile / Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent educational level

  • Min 10 - 15 years’ relevant experience

  • A strong technical background in engineering, coupled with proven leadership and management experience. 

  • Deep understanding of engineering principles, software development, and relevant separation technologies, as well as the ability to manage teams, projects, and budgets. 

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential
