About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to join our fast-growing team as a Loan Operations Specialist. You’ll help manage loan applications through closing, support borrowers with care, and ensure we deliver a best-in-class lending experience. This is a part-time, remote position (15–20 hours/week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role in the next few months. You’ll need to be available for 2–4 hours daily between 2–7pm PT, Monday through Friday, plus 2–4 hours on both Saturday and Sunday.
