Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the IT and software architecture of SAP cloud and on-premise technologies and customised developments

• Support in IT demand management and IT architecture for in-house developments based on SAP cloud technologies

• Definition of software architectures for customised developments on SAP BTP as well as quality assurance and governance for internal and external developers (incl. shared service centre in India)

• Design, validation and optimisation of SAP system architectures (e.g. RISE)

• Definition, introduction and testing of best practices and standards in the SAP architecture and development environment

• Definition of the strategy for the introduction and utilisation of AI for SAP systems (e.g. SAP Joule)

• Evaluation of innovation topics and technological trends in the SAP environment for use in the Freudenberg Group

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a related field

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP architectures, development and integration

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prepare complex technical topics in a target group-oriented manner and to present them to senior management

• Moderation and goal-oriented management of international teams in changing composition

• Very good communication skills with stakeholders (including technology experts, management)

• Very good German and English skills
