Machine Operator (Graveyard)

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Canby, OR
Shift: Graveyard – 11:00 pm to 7:30 am or 11:30 pm to 8:00 am

Pay & Incentives:
• Starting pay: $20/hour during the probationary period
• Opportunity to earn an average of $24+/hour through incentive pay, available after the probationary period and based on performance and position

• Shift differential: $0.50/hour for Swing Shift, $0.75/hour for Graveyard Shift
• Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain automated production machinery
• Perform adjustments, minor troubleshooting, and quality checks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and workspace

Job Requirements:
• 1+ year in a manufacturing or production setting
• Physically able to work in a hot environment; bend, twist, lift, stand
• Available for overtime and weekend work
• Must wear required PPE
