Our customers include NextEra Energy, PG&amp;E, and Southern Company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Revenue Team. In this role, you will provide essential support to help execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement. Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist in the planning, development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including events, webinars, content marketing, email, social media and digital advertising</li><li>Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and cross-functional team communications</li><li>Track campaign performance metrics and compile regular reporting</li><li>Support new product launch activities, leveraging the HData platform as a marketing asset</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and designers to produce and maintain marketing collateral, event assets, slide decks and digital content, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, and leveraging design templates when possible</li><li>Support planning and execution of industry events, webinars, user conferences and other marketing events</li><li>Manage event lead processes, follow-up communications, campaign setup and event performance metrics</li><li>Assist with budget tracking and vendor communications</li><li>Coordinate logistics for virtual events including Zoom webinar management, promotion activities and measurement</li></ul> Required Qualifications &amp; Skills <ul><li>3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B software industry</li><li>Successful track record of organizing and managing details; Attention to detail is required as this role will focus heavily on execution</li></ul><ul><li>Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate with content authors and designers to deliver quality assets</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience with HubSpot content management and marketing automation preferred but not required</li><li>Problem-solving and initiative-taking approach to your work</li><li>Align with our values: be kind, think and act with humility, be resourceful, listen to others, show empathy, have fun and enjoy others</li></ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits HData is committed to promoting equality, inclusion, and diversity. This position is remote with twice per year travel to in-person team meetings. This position is open to U.S. based individuals available during Central Time business hours.
