About the role:   

As a Software Support Engineer on the Enphase Software Support Team, you will focus on automating workflows and performing advanced data analysis to drive operational efficiency. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable automation systems, while ensuring data is accurate, actionable, and readily available for strategic insights.

Enable Enphase to succeed in Solar Energy domain by building application and services for various stakeholders of the company including homeowners, installers and customer support.

What you will do:  

Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows to support operations and resolve issues proactively.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.
Develop solutions using Python, Ruby on Rails, PySpark, and Incorta to automate support tasks and extract insights.
Collaborate with CS and analyst teams to gather requirements and transform them into dashboards, reports, or automation scripts.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation scripts, ensuring reliability and performance.
Perform data modeling, validation, and ensure consistency across systems and sources.
Create intuitive, high-impact dashboards to surface key business and customer metrics.
Contribute to continuous improvement in data and automation infrastructure.
Performing fleet clean-up on a regular basis to ensure error free operations and reducing customer calls.

Who You Are / What You Bring

B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from top tier college and >70% marks .
0 – 2 years of experience in automation, software development, or data analysis.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, Incorta, and Ruby on Rails.
Experience in building automation pipelines and performing data analysis.
Strong understanding of schema design, data transformation, and dashboard development.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
High attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and a focus on data quality and system reliability.

Nice to Have

Experience with data analytics and KPIs.
Familiarity with automation workflows and scripts.
