Reimagine What’s Possible
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage the controlled documents through relevant tools (including eMOC/OpenText etc.) in compliance with ISO 9001 and company process requirements.
Manage the authority of library controls access for different users’ tier.
Provide necessary support to the site contact/stakeholders in reminding the document owner & subject matter expert before the controlled document due.
Provide document change progress status for each library under Policies, Standards & Procedure (PSP) and Project Delivery Organization (PDO) BMS community.
Comply to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) established within the team & KPI set during beginning of every fiscal year.
Any ad-hoc duties that assigned by her/his superior as deemed necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Business related or equivalent.
Min. 1-2 years of Document Controller experience; Experience under shared services organization will be an added advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, if necessary.
Attentive to detail, prioritization and having self-initiative and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
Possess good communication skill and time management skill.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications; Experience of SharePoint and OpenText documentation systems is an additional advantage
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard Requirements & document control management preferred.
