Your mission As a Planning Engineer at FlexPower Energy, you’ll take energy storage projects from concept to technical execution. You'll design grid connection concepts, develop site layouts, and collaborate closely with external partners, grid operators, and our in-house EPC team.Your Role at FlexPower Energy:<ul><li>Plan battery storage systems – from initial layout to fully developed technical execution</li><li>Create documentation for grid connections, single-line diagrams, cable routing, and site plan</li><li>Conduct technical assessments of potential sites and develop grid connection strategies considering voltage level, feed-in points, and controllability requirements</li><li>Support tender processes, technical permitting, and the selection of specialist planners</li><li>Collaborate in cross-functional project teams with colleagues from development, financing, and execution </li></ul> Your profile What You Bring:<ul><li>A degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable energies, or a comparable field</li><li>Initial experience in technical planning, ideally in storage, PV, or grid-related projects</li><li>Familiarity with medium- and high-voltage grid connections, including regulatory standards (e.g., EEG, VDE-AR-N 4110/4120)</li><li>Proficiency in planning tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, EPLAN P8, or similar</li><li>A structured, independent working style and a passion for turning real-world energy projects into reality with a motivated team</li></ul> Why us?
