The role holder will be responsible for direct line management of six Administrators based in Gurugram. They will ensure the Administrators deliver high-quality, consistent support to the global business, and work effectively as part of the global function. Reporting to the Global Head of Admin, the Team Lead Administrator is responsible for building and managing a high performing and highly engaged team.  Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managing and executing daily operations such as booking travel, assisting with expenses, coordinating compliance questionnaires - with a client focused mindset, ensuring efficient, high- quality service delivery that adapts to evolving business needs</li><li>Supervising and mentoring Administrators, delivering ongoing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development</li><li>Expanding team, onboarding and development of team members to build a high performing Administration team</li><li>Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture</li><li>Identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing effective solutions</li><li>Build and maintain relations with stakeholders across the business</li><li>Monitor team performance and report on metrics</li><li>Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts</li><li>Recognise high performance and reward accomplishments</li></ul> Knowledge, experience and skills:<ul><li>Candidates should have proven experience (typically 5 years) in administrative, client services or office management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role</li><li>Prior experience in a corporate and/or international environment is highly desirable</li><li>Serving as the primary contact for Administrators, the candidate should be a strong communicator with a proactive mindset, passionate about coaching team members and empowering their career development through guidance and support</li><li>The candidate should be comfortable working in an intensive environment where tight deadlines are a regular occurrence and can easily adapt to change </li><li>The candidate will need excellent organization and prioritisation skills to succeed in this position.
